Grundéns

 Grundéns was founded in 1911 by Carl Grundén, the son of a fisherman. He grew tired of having inadequate protection from the unforgiving elements off the west coast of Sweden and decided to manufacture industry defining water repellent garments to withstand the punishing and mercurial weather. Today, Grundéns continues the tradition, catering to fishermen—professional and recreational. Grundéns keeps men and women safe, warm and dry while doing what they love. But while fishing, from deck to dock, defines Grundéns, even leading the brand to adopt the tagline, “We Are Fishing,” their products have an appeal well beyond that industry. Their high-visibility work wear is is used by a wide array of occupations, including road crews. Their deck shoes and boots are used by recreational sailors as well as fishermen.
